Groovy Retro Car Sofa

Trick My Crib DXYN is all about inspiring you with the funkiest designs out there today, but outside of the Crib, my real passion is cars. And old cars. And this piece, the Sofa 600 by Bel & Bel Studio ticks all the boxes.

The petrolheads among you may have already I.Deed this as a Fiat 600 from which it gets its name. This one was saved from the scrap heap to be transformed into a real piece of craftsmanship.


Fitting the seats in and repairing the rust on the bodywork (and these things RUST) involved pretty much the same amount of effort as restoring an actual car.


Here it is in primer, with the lights fitted and awaiting the creamy paintjob that makes this look so pimp.


It even has a built in mini-bar behind that central armrest and yes, an I.C.E system. That's In-Car Entertainment or in this case, In-Crib Entertainment. Now that's cool for you.




Mmmm... chrome. Gotta love that emblem. And in case you haven't noticed from the first picture, the lights work. Both high beam and dipped beam. Don't mess.
